The European Year of Creativity and Innovation has begun!


The European Commission has set-up an internet-site and begun an informational campaign for the European Year of Creativity and Innovation.

Come and volunteer for the project Charity Tree – We need your help!


What: First volunteer meeting for the Charity Tree project - Thursday, 11 December, 17:30

Where: 26 Levanyevskovo Street, Door 2, Room 1

Why: You will help orphans, have lots of fun, and make new friends!

Come to the meeting and learn all about the project, and how you can help.

You will be able to sign up for many different types of jobs: you can visit the orphans and help them make their New Year's wishes, you can do duty at the charity tree and ask for support, you can wrap presents, or you can deliver presents.

There is a lot to do, and we will help you find the perfect job for you....

Czech expert visits Sumy to answer questions on Euro Integration

On 24-29 November Sumy was visited by Mr. Tomas Weiss, an expert on Euro Integration from the Czech Republic. Invited by the NGO Center for European Initiatives, the visit was part of a Ukraine-Czech Program of Expert Support of Pro-European Organizations in Ukraine in the field of Euro Integration in the City.

Sumy Youth Euroclubs took part in a new series of role games “Forming the Future of Europe”

From the 25th through the 27th of November, at Sumy City Schools Nos. 21, 22 and 24, the Role Games “Forming the Future of Europe” were conducted. During the role games students took on the roles of high-level officials, in whose hands is the management of European States.
